Botox is $229 per area. Large areas, including masseters, are $389. Every injection is done by Dr. Austin Cope, a board-certified dermatologist.
We’re in Highland, about 7 minutes from Alpine.
There’s really a cosmetic dermatologist this close?
Yes, and it surprises almost everyone.
Alpine is used to driving out for things. Groceries, the dentist, anything specialized — you get in the car. So people assume cosmetic dermatology is another trip down to Draper or Salt Lake.
It isn’t. A board-certified dermatologist personally performing every injection is seven minutes from your house. Most Alpine patients find us by word of mouth and say the same thing: they had no idea.
What are Alpine patients usually after?
To look like a rested version of themselves, without making a project out of it.
Alpine is a beautiful, quiet place, and the people who live here love it. Nobody moves to Alpine because they want more errands. So the appeal of being seven minutes away is real — you can come in, get it done, and be home before the afternoon gets away from you.
And there’s no runway to get on first: real prices published on the website, no packages you have to sign up for, no pressure to add anything. You can do one area and go home.

Will I look frozen?
No. Not here.
The goal is that you keep 85 to 90% of your movement. Everything just gets softer. Nobody should be able to tell.
Our whole philosophy is restoration, not augmentation — people should say you look rested, not that you look done. In a community this small, that matters more than it would anywhere else.
How much does Botox cost?
$229 per area. $389 for large areas, including masseters.
An area means one treatment zone — frown lines, forehead, or crow’s feet. Most first-time patients do one or two.
Most med spas say “call for pricing.” We publish it. See all prices →
Who actually does the injecting?
Dr. Cope. Every time. Every patient.
At a typical med spa the physician’s name is on the door and a rotating staff holds the syringe. Different injector, different result.
One injector means visit three builds on visits one and two.
How long does Botox last?
Three to four months for most people.
First-timers sometimes get slightly less out of round one. That’s normal, and we adjust at your two-week follow-up based on what your face actually did.
Does Botox in the masseters help jaw clenching?
Often, yes.
Relaxing the masseters can ease clenching and grinding, reduce TMJ pain and headaches, and over months slim a heavy jawline. It falls under the $389 large-area price.

Do you take insurance?
No. Cosmetic treatments aren’t covered by insurance anywhere, so we don’t bill it.
We publish real prices and quote you the full number before anything happens. No surprises at checkout.
Does living up here change what my skin needs?
More than people realize.
Alpine sits near 5,000 feet against the mountain. Thinner atmosphere means more UV year-round, and in winter the snow reflects it back up at you. Add the hiking, the boating and the ski days and it adds up fast.
Sun damage here shows up earlier and runs deeper than the same age group at sea level. Botox handles movement lines. It does nothing for sun damage. Most patients end up doing some of both, and we’ll tell you honestly which one is actually driving what’s bothering you.
